On September 29, 2014, at 3:30am at William Osler Memorial Health Centre, Etobicoke Hospital, Donald Herrington (known to some as Vern), lost his battle with COPD and cancer. He will be missed by his wife Barbara (Tucker) of 36 years and survived by 4 sisters – Carol Graemer (Vic- deceased), Vera (Bruce- deceased), Marne (Paul- Deceased), Sharon, and 1 brother – Ian (Nancy Deceased); 3 sons- James Herrington (Rose), Mark Herrington and Thomas Tucker; 4 daughters- Kim Teague (Shaun), Angela Buttazzoni (Claudio), Angela Folkes (Pat), and Darlene Tucker (missing); 15 grandchildren- Holly, Amanda, Erik, Kathryn, Thomas, Michael, Darrel, Alisha, Crystal, Joshua, Katrina, Kylianne, Logan, Payden and Quinn; 5 great grandchildren- Isabella, Tegan, Skyler, Piper, and Shianne. Predeceased by his mother- Sylvia, father- Walter Leslie; brother and sisters- Leon, Percy, Elmer, Larry, Walter, Edna, Ester, Luella, Lola, Bobby, Jerry and Kevin.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October 4th, 2014 at 10411 Clarkway Drive, Brampton (Vern & Barb’s place) at 2:00 pm.
