It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden peaceful passing of Sonia Hepburn on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Headwaters Hospital, Orangeville with family close by. A long time resident of Caledon, Sonia was in her 88th year. She lived a happy life with her gardening, baking, and crafting while she maintained a beautiful home and family life with her loving husband Earl, who passed in 2015. She raised two daughters, Diane (Walter) and Deborah, and celebrated many happy times with her grandsons, Gregory (Ashley) and Dustin (Bailey), and great-granddaughters Addyson Paige, Kinsley Reign, Isla Rose, and Evelyn Sonia. She was much loved and will be greatly missed.
A private family Celebration of Life has taken place. Condolences for the family may be offered at www.EganFuneralHome.com

My heartfelt condolences to you Deborah, Diane and your family. Even though I only knew your mom for a short time she left a lasting impression. She was a kind, gentle soul with a beautiful smile and was always so appreciative of anything that was done to help her. May she Rest In Peace.

I first met Sonia & Earl 45 years ago, when I worked part time for Earl. They were both very soft spoken. Over the years I would return to the house to do TV/Satellite work. I would always take the time to have a conversation with Sonia. At different times the house always smelt so good. She was a great baker. Hopefully she passed some things down to you Deborah.
