In Loving Memory of Ronald Colin Clayton (Ron)
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ron Clayton beloved husband, father, stepfather, grandfather and friend. Ron aged 85 was the cherished husband of Judy Parks Clayton, with whom he shared over 20 years of love, laughter and companionship.
Ron was the father of Michael (Sandra) and Mathew (Elaine) and a devoted stepfather to Joe Parks (Andrea) and Angela Parks Gutierrez (Guillermo), and brother in law to James and Joan Stonard. He embraced all as his family with an open heart. He took immense pride in his family and was a constant source of love, wisdom, and support. He leaves behind a legacy of a strong Christian faith, with strength, kindness, great sense of humour and a love of sports.
Ron’s legacy lives on through his grandchildren Allyson, (Danial), Owen (Shaylin), Sydney, Nova and Atlas. They were a constant joy to him. He found immense happiness in their accomplishments, and his love will continue to guide them through their lives.
Ron’s unexpected passing has left a void in our hearts but we are comforted that he has gone to be with our Lord in heaven. He was a man of faith, integrity, a loving family man, and a true friend. His memory will live on in the stories we share, the lessons he imparted, and the love he gave so freely.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street South (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Saturday morning, March 29th from 10 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation (foundation.bethellhospice.org). Condolences for the family may be offered at www.EganFuneralHome.com
He will be greatly missed but forever in our hearts.

During this very sad time, there will be hugs and tears. There will be people who don’t know what to say and some who can still make you laugh. There will be pictures and keepsakes, memories and stories. Some that you have never heard before and some you could never hear enough. There will be sorrow and there will be celebration. But most of all, there will be love…..the kind that never ends.
With sincere sympathy to Judy and all of Ron’s family and friends.

Sending sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Parks and Clayton families at this difficult time.
Ron will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. I will miss his strategy talks about the Jays, and mostly his singing Happy Birthday when the opportunity arose. Big hearted, hearty laughter, wisdom, generosity and faith defined him. Rest in peace dear friend….and enjoy those Boston Cream donuts up there….
