Suddenly at her home, Caledon East, on Thursday, August 15, 2024, Lesa Grogan, at the age of 52 years, beloved wife of the late Anthony Grogan. Mother of Karisa Bosse (Steve), Alexandra Carroll (Mitchell), and Anastacia Carroll (Jeff). Grandmother of Maddalynn and William, Anna-Leigh and Lily, Benedict, Victoria and London. Loving daughter of Cytheria Thorne and the late Cecil Stewart. Dear sister of Karen Stewart (Greg) and Brian Taylor (Jennifer). Fondly remembered by her nephew Bradley Stewart and many more.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday, September 6 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m..
Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 16066 The Gore Road, Caledon on Friday, September 6 at 2 o’clock.
Followed by cremation.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society

I’ve known Lesa since she and I were 15 years old, I have been her sister-in-law for over 30 years.

To my husband Raymond Thorne, who did everything he could to support and accommodate Lesa over the years. To Brian Taylor, Karen Stewart and Gail Kerrigan, who was Lesa’s big sister, they grew up together and like sister’s do, they fought and loved each other vehemently. To Lesa’s nieces and nephews, Brad, Mike, Marlena, Brian, Starla, Kyle, Adam, Brandon, RJ, Melody, Tabitha & Victoria and their children.
To my mother-in-law Cytheria, I hope you do not wake each morning and remember your baby girl has passed. Rest assured she would have been welcomed by the only father she ever really knew. Richard (Dick) and Lesa are at peace and no doubt, together.

Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss losing a beautiful person like Lesa who had a big heart always put a smile on everyone’s faces. She was a dear friend to me. We became so close like sisters and I always called her. My sister she will be missed, but she will be in my heart, always a beautiful angel has now gone up to heaven she is finally in peace and pain-free. She will surely be missed by all those.
