My heart is saddened as I read of Ted’s passing. Ted was a good friend, excellent co worker back in the 70’s and 80’s when we worked for The Peel Board of Education. We continued to see each other after he left the farm in Castle more and he moved to Caledon East. R I P my friend.

So sorry to hear of Ted’s passing. Mary, his late wife, was also one of a kind which we will always remember. Ted and Mary were great neighbours when they lived in Caledon East. He introduced Paul to the volunteer role at Headwaters, as he was a volunteer there. Our condolences to his family, extended family and all the friends he so easily made with his kind and gentle nature. Ted will be missed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Ted’s passing. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word, and his presence will be missed by all of us at Kingsmere. Ted was a person who always presented himself with the utmost care and dignity, always impeccably groomed and dressed as though each day was a special occasion. He truly lived his life with grace and pride, and that spirit never wavered.
It was clear to all who knew him that he was a beloved member of your family. The love and dedication you showed him were evident, as you ensured he had everything he needed, and more, throughout his time with us. His determination to maintain his independence right to the end was a testament to his strength of character.
Ted had a way of making everyone around him feel special, and he was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Please take comfort in knowing that he touched many lives and will always be remembered fondly.
I extend my heartfelt condolences to you during this difficult time, and my thoughts are with you all.

    With deepest sympathy,
    Jax

Deepest sympathies to my sister, Mary Sheardown and Ted’s family. We were all blessed to have known this generous and kind gentleman. I remember telling Ted that he had been so helpful to Mary, and he replied, “Mary has been so good to me”. They were good together! Mary’s children and grandchildren will have special memories of Ted. The grandchildren enjoyed Ted’s special gift for connecting with children. Rest in Peace Ted.

Our condolences on loss of such a great person, our lives were richer for having him in them. Ted was always the first to want to play with the kids when they were younger. We have the best picture of Ted on the swings with Cameron from years ago, it still brings a smile to my face remembering them out there together.

We miss you Ted but know that you are still watching over everyone.

I have so many fond & wonderful memories of my beloved brother Ted. He was a true gentleman in every sense of the word, following in our dear Dad’s footsteps! As a young gal I remember Ted offering me 10 cents if I would clean his car, then another Saturday he gave me a pkg. of gum for polishing his shoes as he was picking up his ‘Beloved Mary’ to go dancing that night.
One (1) memory I’d rather forget was during the haying season when I was driving the tractor & Ted was on the wagon piling the bales. My foot accidentally slipped off the brake & almost threw him off the load. In all of Ted’s 101 years, that was the only time I ever saw him ‘lose his cool’!
My thoughts & Prayers are with David, Debbie & their families, also many thanks to Mary for caring so much for our brother & being there for him!!
RIP dear Brother, until we meet again~~

I remember Ted when he was caretaker at Herb Campbell PS. My children thought he was the greatest and so did I. I’ll never forget when I had a flat tire at the school, he said’ you go inside and collect the kids and I’ll fix it’ and he did with a smile! I met him in Caledon East 8 or 9 years ago and he reminded me of that day. He was a true gentleman. My and my children’s condolences to his family.
