May Bunny and Doug be together, pain free, for eternity. May they hold hands, laugh and enjoy each other’s company again. May their love and respect for each other be a role model to all. Rest in peace.

Sorry to read about Doug’s passing.
I first met him when we were part of a negotiating team against Treasury Board 40 plus years ago; and at least three more times. He ALWAYS had his PSAC members interests and well being as top priority. Because of this campaigned for him when he ran for President of the National Component. He came a close second on his first try…but won the next few times.
He was also a dedicated family person and it showed in is love for his family.
I met Bunny several times, as they were at many PSAC events.
I have many pleasant memories of Doug…and as you as a family remember the many good times you had…may God bless you and comfort you at this difficult time.

Just learned of this …To all the Chalk family, my sincerest condolences.
He served well in the public service, and 9 years as that National President of the National Component, (now UNE), a component of the Public Service Alliance of Canada.
He was a mentor, in control, and committed to union and progressive social principles
