Peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital, on Thursday, September 3, 2020, Phillip John (Jack) Forsey, Markham, beloved husband of the late Betty Forsey. Loving father of the late Audrey Jane MacMicking. Cherished grandfather of Megan MacMicking.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday morning, September 18 from 10 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11 o’clock. Masks are mandatory while in the funeral home.
Interment of cremated remains at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Etobicoke.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation, 525 University Avenue, Toronto M5G 2L3.
