Peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital, on Thursday, September 3, 2020, Phillip John (Jack) Forsey, Markham, beloved husband of the late Betty Forsey. Loving father of the late Audrey Jane MacMicking. Cherished grandfather of Megan MacMicking.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday morning, September 18 from 10 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11 o’clock. Masks are mandatory while in the funeral home.
Interment of cremated remains at Glendale Memorial Gardens, Etobicoke.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Sick Kids Foundation, 525 University Avenue, Toronto M5G 2L3.

A cherished member of our extended family, Jack will be greatly missed.
We hold close the memories of the times we had together but know that he will be overjoyed to be reunited with his loved ones in heaven.

Jack was a wonderful family friend. He was good to me and my children, Brianna and Hannah- always a kind word and thoughtful questions about how we were doing. I am grateful to have had Jack in our lives. My condolences to you Megan. I am so glad that you were together this last while. Sending big hugs xo
Extremely sorry for your loss. Having lost Jack’s brother, my stepfather ,Bern, 20 years ago, I can share in your remorse. Sorry we live so far away[Florida], but I had the honor of spending some time with Jack, Betty and Audry and know what a loving family they were. I WISH YOU PEACE AND LOVE, and my condolences, for your loss.
