To all of the Duggan family we send our prayers and mourn the loss. Gail meant so much to so many, and her smile and laugh will be remembered fondly. To Fran, I, and our girls she was a friend, a word of wisdom, laughter and provided us comfort whenever she was around.
We will certainly miss her but our hearts and memories will always provide nothing but love and joy each time we think of her, and our times spent together.
