Peacefully at Southlake Health Care Centre, Newmarket, on Monday, September 26, 2016, Carol Jean Baillie (nee Fyfe), in her 72nd year, beloved wife of the late Gordon Baillie. Loving mother of Susanne and her husband Peter Ruder, Craig and his wife Cheryl Baillie. Devoted Gramma of Ryan and Madeline Ruder; Samantha, Justin and Ethan Baillie. Dear sister of Wayne Fyfe, Wayne Smith, Elaine, Rick, Darren, and predeceased by Ken. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Louise Warren.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Tuesday evening, October 4 from 7 to 9 o’clock.
Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, October 5 at 2 o’clock.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Auntie Carol was an inspiring woman & Godmother. Her quiet, firm & kind strength could have easily been missed, if you were too busy to look. She was a remarkable woman and someone I was very lucky to have influencing my life, even subtly.
