Heather, Riley and family, We are so sorry for your loss. Donna was a great person and will be grealy missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Your mother is always with you…

She’s the whisper of the leaves
as you walk down the street.

She’s the smell of bleach in
    your freshly laundered socks.

She’s the cool hand on your
    brow when you’re not well.
    …
    Your mother lives inside
    your laughter. She’s crystallized
    in every tear drop…

She’s the place you came from,
your first home.. She’s the map you
follow with every step that you take.

She’s your first love and your first heart
break….and nothing on earth can separate you.

    Not time, Not space…
    Not even death….
    will ever separate you
    from your mother….

Donna loved and adored her daughers and grandson. There was never a conversation where she did not mention them. She has left a void in our lives, she will be sadly missed but she will never be forgotten. Keeping you in our hearts and in our prayers.

I have just learned of Donna’s passing and am truly shocked and saddened by the news. I met Donna years ago, through the Nolascos in Palgrave and always enjoyed her company and sense of humour. In more recent years I chatted with her often when I went into the store, and we always shared a chuckle or two while she helped me with my shopping. Her love for her daughters and her grandson were evident in all of our conversations. We also talked of travel, her trips with her sisters, her daughters and her journey to Australia which were all fond memories for her. I will miss her and wish to offer my heartfelt condolences to her entire family.

I was so upset when I read about Donna’s passing. I will miss running into her in town. We always talked about getting together, but never found the time. I know how much she loved you, Heather, Megan and Riley, how very blessed she felt. The depth of her caring will be remembered by all the people she touched. I will always remember her sitting at the piano with me, having more fun chatting than doing the piano lesson. She will always have a place in my heart. Angie

God Bless you and comfort you. The love she felt for you, be always in your soul. John and Angie

I was trying to call Mom and got the disconnected message. I had spoken with her two days before. It was a tremendous shock when I googled her name only to find an obituary.
My sincere condoloences to Heather, Meghan, and Rilet and to mom’s siblings. We shared many a good time together. Donna’s generosity, caring and wonderful nature was a beacon to many. Ours was a friendship that endured. Mom’s friendship was like a diamond, Precious but rare.
Take care and be strong as she would have liked
