After a brief illness, Pietro passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011 at Venice Hospital in Florida at the age of 88. He is survived by Carmela, his beloved wife of 61 years. Loving father to Carlo, Rose (Gino) and Paul (Linda). Cherished grandpa to Mark, Jacqueline, Michael, Stephen and Evan. He will also be sadly missed by his sister Carmela, sister-in-law Lucy, brothers-in-law Gaetano and Pietro, many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. His love for his family was unconditional. Life will not be the same without him.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral Mass to celebrate his life will be held at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 16066 The Gore Road, Caledon East on Saturday morning, February 19 at 10 o’clock (leaving funeral home at 9:30 a.m.)
Entombment Meadowvale Cemetery, Brampton.
