September 10, 1940 – September 30, 2025
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of Anthony Eden Allan Moore who passed away peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025.
Tony was a beloved husband of Ingrid Moore, and father of Tanya (Brian) and Michael. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Cole (Jacklyn), Paige, Breanna and Alisha, and brother Bill (late Marilyn) and sister Sheila (late Bill) as well as extended family and friends.
Tony was born in Pickering and raised on the family farm. He had a love for adventure, nature and magic tricks. After he met his life partner Ingrid, they began their life in Toronto before moving to Bolton where they raised their children, traveled the world extensively and he grew a new love for Barbados. He will be missed dearly and lovingly remembered.
Family and friends are invited to attend Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 from 2 – 4 pm with prayers and words at 3 pm.

The wider Moore family has a colourful and extensive history and Cousin Tony was instrumental in helping so many of us find each other and compile the many interesting stories going back to the 1600s. He was generous with his time and resources and his own excitement sparked the interest of many of us who still embark on our journeys of discovery many years later. I will always be grateful and remember him and his big, welcoming smile very fondly.
