Peacefully, after a short illness, at Georgetown Hospital on Thursday, July 8, 2010, Alex McLeod, Cheltenham, in his 92nd year, beloved husband of the late Nellie Frazer. Dear father of Gordon McLeod and June Bollers, Toronto; Frazer and Teresita McLeod, Cheltenham. Loving grandfather of Angela and Jennifer. Dear brother of the late Marjorie, Gordon and Margaret McLeod. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Monday evening 7-9, Tuesday afternoon 2-4 and evening 7-9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in Cheltenham United Church, Cheltenham on Wednesday, July 14 at 2 o’clock. Interment Dixon’s Union Cemetery, Caledon. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Cheltenham United Church, 14309 Creditview Road, Cheltenham L7C 1N3 or Georgetown Hospital Foundation, One Princess Anne Drive, Georgetown L7G 2B8.
