Peacefully at Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Alliston on Monday, May 17, 2010, Viola Coulter, in her 96th year, wife of the late Douglas Sheardown. Loving mother of Isabelle Sheardown and her husband Keith McEwen, Ronald and his wife Karin Sheardown. Cherished grandmother of Terry Hawtin and his wife Judy Turner, Ronna Hawtin, Michelle Sheardown-Tanzos and her husband Henry Tanzos, Gregory and his wife Cindy Sheardown and predeceased by Donald Hawtin. Dear great grandmother of Sarah Hawtin, Alexander, Ryan and Tyler Sheardown. Viola will be remembered by her sister Beryle and Bill (deceased) Fleming,, her brothers Blake and Colleen, and the late Thomas and Margaret, Roy and Eileen, Howard and Rose. Viola was adored by her many nieces and nephews and will be missed by her many friends.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Thursday evening 7 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, May 21 at one o’clock. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
