At Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, October 29, 2009, Donald Dacres, Bolton, in his 69th year, beloved husband of Linda. Loving stepfather of Janet and Randy Haw, Shelburne. Cherished grandfather of Tyler and Jodi. Devoted brother of Doris and Edgar Clarkson, Bolton; Iva McCauley, Bolton. Dear son-in-law of Alberta Reid, Shelburne. Dear brother-in-law of Debra and Jim Williams, Gwen and Barry Stone, Bill and Debbie Reid, all of Shelburne. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) for memorial visitation Tuesday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Memorial service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday morning, November 4 at 11 o’clock. Followed by a private family interment at Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Palgrave United Church, 34 Pine Avenue, Palgrave L7E 0L9. Orange Lodge service will be held Tuesday evening at 6:30 o’clock.
