Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Care Centre, Newmarket, on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, Valentine Burda, in his 94th year, beloved husband of the late Anna Burda. Father of Miroslav and Laura Burda, Valentina and Matthew Brearton, Eugene Burda and Catherine McKechnie. Loving grandfather of Allison and Cameron Gee, and Sarah Burda.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Thursday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7- 9 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday morning, February 20 at 11 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.

Se smutkem v srdci jsme přijaly zprávu o úmrtí mého milovaného otce a dědečka Valentýna Burdy. Zarmoucená rodina dcera Hana, vnučky Hana a Leona s rodinami. Přestože jste věděli, že jsme s dědečkem byly v úzkém kontaktu a dokonce se chtěl odstěhovat za námi do Čech, nebyli jsme uvedeni na smutečním oznámení. Zřejmě nás nepokládáte za rovnocennou rodinu.
