At Collingwood General and Marine Hospital, on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, Seconda Scarpone, in her 96th year, beloved wife of the late Angelo Scarpone. Loving mother of Franca and her husband Rocco Torelli, and predeceased by Luisa and Michael. Cherished Nonna of Rino and his wife Manuela, John and his wife Mary. Adored Great-Nonna of Stefan, Marco, Daniela, Luca and Rocky. Dear sister of the late Vincenzo, Francesco, Michele, Nunzia, and Antonia.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Saturday morning, December 5 at 9:30 o’clock (leaving funeral home at 9:15 a.m.).
Entombment Glendale Memorial Gardens, Etobicoke.
Parish prayers will be held Friday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock.
If desired, memorial donations may be made the Alzheimer Society, 60 Briarwood Avenue, Mississauga L5G 3N6.

Yesterday my family lost a very important person to our lives. My Nonna Seconda was an extraordinary women, who always put her family first. The memories I have with my great grandmother are ever lasting. I know shes in a better place alongside with my great grandfather, where I know she is happy and no longer in pain and of course looking over her family. I love you Nonna.
