On Wednesday July 16, 2014 Olga went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Absent from the body, present with the Lord. She leaves her loving husband Paul after 64 years of marriage and is survived by her children Weldon Basaraba, Wayne Basaraba and Aileen and Beverley and Adam Okonowski and by her loving niece Helen/Bob Brandon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren whom she loved with all her heart. Her grandchildren are Tricia Walsh, Weldon Basaraba Jr., Mark/Shelley Basaraba, Michelle/Neal Haggarty, Warren/Dawn Okonowski, Stephanie/Mark Matheson, Raymond Okonowski and Tara Basaraba. Her great grandchildren are Siobhan, Weldon Jr., Sarah, Isaiah, Samuel, Noah, Summer, Trinity, Phoenix, Jack, Owen, David, Michael, Jacob, Gracie and Emma.
A funeral service will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street South (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Saturday afternoon, July 19, at 3 o’clock. Interment Morningside Cemetery.
