Suddenly at Brampton Civic Hospital on Saturday, March 16, 2019, Michele Gammieri, at the age of 85 years, beloved husband of the late Linda Gammieri. Loving father of Loreta and her husband Murray Packman, Mary and her husband Eric Lange, Peter and his wife Angela Gammieri, Antonella and her husband Dion Burt. Proud Nonno of Michael (Jillian), Laura (Steve), Lisa (Nathan), Erica, Melissa, Veronica, Linda, Matthew, and Rebecca. Cherished Great-Nonno of Jack, Quinn, Lyla, Eli, Eamon, and Cedar. Dear brother of the late Nicola Gammieri. Dear brother-in-law of Maria and her husband Vincenzo DiStefano, and Adriana Di Cristofaro. Loving companion of Caterina Positano.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Wednesday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 6 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 11873 The Gore Road, Brampton (Wildfield) on Thursday morning, March 21 at 10 o’clock.
Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Peel, 60 Briarwood Avenue, Mississauga L5G 3N6 or Canadian Cancer Society.
