The family of Doreen McMillan sadly announces her passing on the morning of Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in her 92nd year. She will be greatly missed by her devoted daughter Anne, sons-in-law Douglas Swanson and Keith McKinley; grandchildren Krista and Scott, Robert and Breanna, Steven and Michelle, Emily, Melba, and Lucy; great-grandchildren David, Isaac, Joseph, Henry, Bryan, Elizabeth, and Isabelle. Predeceased by her loving husband Joseph Archibald McMillan and her cherished daughter Carol. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at Cummer Lodge for their dedication and quality care. We will all remember Doreen for her kindness and caring towards others, her sense of humour and for her joy in attending family celebrations.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday morning, September 21 from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
