Funeral Mass will be held in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, 91 Church Street, Schomberg on Friday, November 4 at one o’clock. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.

Mario was a long time friend of my parents – Ernesto & Wilma Cechetto. The last time that I saw him was when my mother passed away in May, 2010.

Words cannot express our sorrow for your loss. We are deeply saddened by the news of Mario’s passing. My mother, Carmela, spoke so highly of him, her “paesan,” and we will never forget how he would come to Guelph, showing his support, during happy times and sad. Such a kind, thoughtful and gentle man. I like to believe that when we lose someone dear to us, they still live through us and give us strength.
