Suddenly on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, Maria Pozzi (Maurizio), born August 5, 1913 in S. Pio delle Camera, Castelnuovo, L’ Aquila, Italy, beloved wife of the late Antonio Pozzi. Dear mother of Adelma and Danny (deceased) Simone. Loving grandmother of Roger, Maria, Silvana and Anthony. Dear Nonna of Kayla, Justin and Danielle Tabani.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 6 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton on Saturday morning, August 2 at 11 o’clock (leaving funeral home at 10:15 a.m.)
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.

Your Nonna was a true treasure. She always treated me and my family with friendliness and warmth. We didn’t always understand each other “verbally” but she communicated a lot with that sparkle in her eyes and her warm smile. You were all very lucky to have had her for so long in your lives and we feel blessed to have known her.
