Peacefully at Crescent Hill Place Retirement Home, Brampton on Monday, March 26, 2018, Lenna Doreen Welwood, in her 96th year, beloved wife for 25 years of the late Charles Daley (2009). Daughter of the late William and Minnie Welwood. Loving sister of the late Edna Curran (January 2018). Fondly remembered by her many cousins as well as the children and grandchildren of the Daley family. Lenna was born and raised in Albion Township. Her and other children on the Gore Road would hitch a ride to the original Macville Public School in the back of the milk truck which picked up milk from the local farms. Lenna was a long time employee of Union Carbide being secretary to the President and a long time member of Albion Hills Bible Church, Gore Road, Caledon.
Funeral service will be held in Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Wednesday, March 28 at 11 o’clock.
Following a reception at the funeral home, interment Providence Cemetery.

A long life of 95 years lived to the glory of God, we are comforted at this time knowing she is with the Lord Jesus and united with Edna again.
