With great sadness the family announces the sudden passing on Sunday, May 30, 2010 of Jozefa Markovic, born June 5, 1916 in Slovenia, beloved wife of the late Engelbert Markovic. Loving mother of Engelbert (Bert) and his wife Suzan Markovic and the late Frank Markovic. Cherished Grandma of Stephanie and Melanie.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral mass will be held in Miraculous Medal Catholic Church, 739 Browns Line, Toronto on Friday morning, June 4 at 11 o’clock (leaving the funeral home at 10:00 a.m.).
Following a reception in the church hall interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 26331, STN BRM B, Toronto M7Y 4R1.
