Giuseppe (Joe) Bartucci

December 4, 2020 By Egan Funeral Home 28 Condolences

Bartucci Webframe

It is with great sadness we announce that Giuseppe (Joe) Bartucci passed away on the 27th of November, 2020. He was 55 years old.

Beloved husband to Lisa Bartucci (nee Heitman). Loving father of Luke, Ethan and Logan Bartucci.  Dearly loved by parents Santo and Maria Bartucci and in-law’s Verna and Conrad Heitman. Cherished brother of Emilia (Gary), David (Angela), Sarah (Bernard) and brother-in-law of Tracey (George). Fondly remembered by nephew Ashton, friends, family and the Bolton Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Joe was born in Toronto, Ontario. The family eventually relocated to Kettleby, then Tottenham where he continued to develop a love for tractors and all things mechanical.  Eventually settling in Bolton, Joe is warmly remembered for his amazing storytelling ability, hilarious impressions and charismatic personality. Joe enjoyed spending time with his family, many camping trips with friends, playing hockey with the boys, catching up with good friends, and any time he could spend designing, fixing or riding one of his favourite machines. He was an avid Maple Leafs fan. Joe will also be remembered for his outstanding barbecue skills and love of the animal world.

Joe will be missed by all who knew him.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be held on December 12th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. EST. To attend virtually via Zoom, click the link below. Zoom access will open at 1:30 p.m.

    Dearest friends,

It is heartbreaking to hear this traumatic news. We were just spending time with Joe a few weeks back.

We grieve with you during this time of dark sadness.

We know Jehovah and his Holy Spirit over time will soften this blow and lubricate your painful heat. He will help turn this trauma into treasured memories.

One of the most beautiful things Jesus said before he died was in John 16:22. This is so appropriate, and we can imagine Joe saying this too:

“So you also, now you have grief; but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.“

Your pain will not go away in this system, but Jehovah, Jesus, The Angels, Gods precious Word, The Holy Spirit, The Worldwide Brotherhood, our beautiful “Guaranteed” Hope, and more will help you manage this deep hurt.

You are not alone. We cannot wait to see you embrace Joe again! You will not have to wait long.

Lots of love and hugs with sincere prayers.

    Emile, Gabrielle, and Luca Solanki

My sincerest sympathies go out to Lisa and her and Joe’s boys through this tragic loss as well as to the entire Bartucci family. The Bartucci’s home was my home away from home throughout my childhood years. Always an open door and Joe was like a brother to me. Santos and Maria were always so welcoming. So many memories come to mind of the dynamics of this beautiful family. May your faith and family strength help comfort you as you go though this difficult time.

Words cannot express the depth of our feelings toward Lisa, her boys and the entire Bartucci family. Joe was about nine years old when we began decades of memorable experiences as our two families grew side-by-side in our Nobleton Congregation, hence the Bartucci children are like a second family to us.
This untimely loss of a husband, father and brother will very soon be replaced at the fulfilment of Jehovah‘s guarantee at Job 14:14
It is our desire to be with them at that joyful time.

I am so sorry to know that Luke, Ethan, and Logan have lost their devoted father and Lisa her beloved husband. The Bartucci family is woven into the fabric of the Macville P.S. community. I am proud to have been the boys’ teacher. I knew Logan from his Kindergarten years until he graduated from Grade 8. The boys’ parents are the kindest and gentlest of people, always with smiles and encouraging words for those they encounter. I hope Lisa draws strength from the love and friendship that surround her and the rest of the Bartucci family.

Dearest Lisa,, I was so sorry to hear of the tremendous loss you and your family are now suffering with the passing of your beloved Joe. I have so many fond memories of growing up with you and Tracey back in Hawkestone. Although our paths only crossed now and then over the years after marriage, it was always reassuring when it did and we saw that each was still holding true to our love of Jehovah and trust in his promises. May that trust now comfort you and give you the strength to press on to the finish line where Jehovah will set all matters right. I am so glad you have the support and love of both family and friends who will bolster you through this difficult time as you lean on our greatest friend, Jehovah.

Tony and I wish to express our deepest sympathy to you, your sons, Joe’s family (Sarah, we are so sorry) and to all those who love and cherish your family. Soon may our tears of sorrow be turned to those of joy!

    To all the Bartucci Family,
So sad to hear of the sudden loss of your dear ‘Joe’. Altho I didn’t have a lot of personal interaction with him, Logan always spoke of his Dad with love and with humour! these are the two most important characteristics a person can have, and how wonderful that the boys can benefit from having such a role model!
Bless you all and take care of yourselves.
