Always enjoyed going to visit you and Aunt Joan with Mom and Dad. Spending time at your cottage was a nice break. You’ll be missed Uncle Dave.

    Rest easy

Uncle Dave was an inspiration to more people than he realized. He had a great wife and loving family at which he was the center of their world. His career as a firefighter saw him rise to the top, retiring as Captain. If a man’s worth is measured by his devotion to family and successful career… Uncle Dave was one of the richest men on Earth.
As a humble man he would be embarrassed if he were to read this but that would just add to his unpretentious character.
The world is a lesser place without him.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It was a great pleasure to have known him in the years of me delivering mail in the Palgrave area. He always head a smile when I saw him and your Mom at the mailbox. He will be missed
