Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Saturday, January 17, 2015, Olive (nee Cushnie), in her 97th year, beloved wife of the late James Thomas Lynch. Loving mother of James and his wife Leslie, and Janet (deceased 2006). Predeceased by her sister Jean Durance. Fondly remembered by her family and friends in England and Canada.

Jim, very sorry to read of your mothers passing, she certainly lived a long life. I was a good friend with Janet when you lived at the bottom of Howarth Ave and went to Wexford Public. Wendy caught the Notice about your Mom in the Star on Saturday, and phoned me. I do so regret that I lost contact with her, she was a wonderful person and I was lucky to have her work with me. I know you will miss her, she will have been an influence in your lives for many years and she was a rock for me for many years.
