Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy.

Your journey embarked on a very special day for us and we promise you that your life will be celebrated every year, as we celebrate ours.

We love you uncle Nick – may you rest in peace.

For many years, Nick’s Resturant was a favorite place for lunch for my brother Charles.
As a kid, I have many memories of having lunch there with Charles, and listening to Nick while he cooked up a storm near the front window.
I hope Nick will cook Charles up a great toasted Western, while they catch up on the years that have passed.
    God bless them both

We were so very sorry to hear about your father. We used to see him at Coffee Time where we shared many conversations. We remember him from his restaurant where he cooked many grilled cheese sandwiches for our son, Chris. He was a very nice person and he will be missed by many.
We will keep you and your family in our prayers.

Please accept our sincerest condolences for your loss. We had the priviledge of knowing Nick for the 26 years we have lived in Bolton and he will be deeply missed. His sense of humour and kindness always lit up the shop. His regular morning analysis of the previous nights Leafs win always helped shine a bright light on an otherwise disappointing season. The place will never be the same without him. Rest in Peace, Nick.

To my dearest uncle & best friend,

The news came as such a shock to me on Monday night. I still can’t believe you’re gone. I’m hoping that I’ll wake up and that this will be a bad dream.

We shared so many happy times together when you came to visit us in Montreal. Like a ray of sunshine you brightened up our day. I can’t believe that we’ll never see your car pull up on our driveway again.

I’ll miss you and the chats we use to have. Thank you for sharing your wisdom with me. I will always remember and cherish everything you taught me…I promise you that. You were always there for me when I needed a shoulder to lean on and I’ll never forget you. It was an honor knowing you and having you as my uncle.

May you find hapiness where you’ll be going Uncle Nick. I’m sure that you’ll make lot’s of new friends. I’ll miss you and everytime we pass by Starbucks, we’ll always sit down and have a latte in your honor.

You will live in our memory forever and I”ll always cherish the good times we shared.

    I love you Uncle Nick

    Your niece,
    Angie
