It is with profound sadness that we announce that Frank Peter Fleury of Brampton passed away suddenly in his 88th year on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Brampton Civic Hospital.
Frank was a caring, kind, loving, hardworking, and generous man, and his family and friends were everything to him.
He enjoyed many years riding his Goldwing and traveling to different places. He built a life centered around love, dedication, and generosity, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Frank was a beloved husband to his wife Donna (Matson) for 65 years. A loving father to his son Mark, daughter Krista, and father-in-law to Teresa. A proud grandfather to his grandchildren Reba and husband Brian, Kayleigh and partner Matt, and Zachary and wife Danielle. He was also an amazing GG to his great grandchild Jaxon.
Frank was preceded by his parents Clifford & Catherine Fleury, in-laws Westney & Aleta Matson, and his brother Robert & wife Helen. He is survived by his brother John and wife Linda, sister-in-law Doreen and husband Carl Emmerson, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Frank’s greatest legacy is the love he shared with those around him. He will be remembered for his generous heart, his joyful spirit, the unwavering love he gave to his family, and his unmatched hugs.
Though he is no longer with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
There will be a remembrance gathering for Frank at Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street South (Hwy. 50) Bolton (905-857-2213) on Sunday, September 27th between the hours of 1-4 PM.
