A very kind and generous lady peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, at the age of 95 years. Loving wife of Czeslaw (deceased). Loving mother of Wanda Emily and her husband Donald Craig Hazlett. Dear grandmother of Glenn Curtis and Shannon Veronica Hazlett. Predeceased by her sisters Robina and Emily, and brother John. A native of England, Ellen Mary served in the British Navy. Ellen Mary will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Sincere thanks to all the staff at Southlake Residential Care Village and Southlake Regional Health Centre for their care and support.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Monday morning, July 23 from 8:30 a.m. until leaving at 9:45 a.m. for a Funeral Mass in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton at 10 o’clock.
Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion, Veterans Poppy Fund.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ellen for almost 20 years. She was one of the strongest, kindest, sweetest and most gentle woman I have had the pleasure of meeting.
