Passed away peacefully at Bethell Hospice, Inglewood, on Saturday, April 7, 2018, Mervyn Ernest White, in his 86th year, beloved husband of Shirley Cowton. Father of Mervyn Frederick and his wife Gisele White, Lynn and her husband Paul Cars, Mark and his wife Tanya White. Grandfather of Elizabeth and Andrew White; Brooklynn and Logan Cars; Madeline, Grace, and Lauren White. Dear brother of Joyce Hunt and predeceased by Olive McLean, Edward White, and Lenard White.
The family will receive their friends at St. Mark’s Anglican Church, 5 First Avenue, Orangeville on Wednesday morning, April 11 from 10 o’clock until time of funeral service at 11 o’clock.
Following a reception at the church, interment will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens, 1810 Albion Road, Etobicoke. If desired, memorial donations may be made to St. Mark’s Anglican Church, 5 First Avenue, P.O. Box 130, Orangeville L9W 2Z5; Bethell Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 75, Inglewood L7C 3L6; or the Canadian Cancer Society.
