Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on Monday, July 20, 2015, Joanne Gideon, in her 67th year, beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Sophie Gideon. Loving sister of Dianna Varden and predeceased by Joey Gideon. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Friday morning, July 24 from 10 o’clock until time of memorial service in the chapel at 11 o’clock.

I was very sorry to hear of Joanne’s passing. I had a lot of fun through the years driving Joanne to the Davis Centre day program. I was always having to comment on her hair cut or a new top, or purse. Also, to act as a mediator if she and Joan got into one of their many debates. She will be missed.
