Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, on Monday, March 16, 2015, Karl Spencer, in his 74th year. Beloved son of the late Bill Spencer and Blanche Harrison. Loving father of Cindy Williams, DeeDee Spencer Williams, and Chad Williams. Cherished grandfather of Ryan Galbraith, Jacob Williams and Abbie Williams. Dear brother of Pauline and her husband Hughie Rendell, David and his wife Loretta, Reg and his wife Jacquie, Mel, Gerry and his wife Rita. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville (519-941-2630) on Friday, March 20 from one o’clock until time of a celebration of Karl’s life in the chapel at 2 o’clock. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 14 Irvin Street, Suite 1, Kitchener N2H 1K8. We were very saddened to learn of Karl’s passing. Don had many great card playing memories with Karl, Pete and Bud in their younger years. Our thoughts are with the family at this time.

So sorry to hear of Karl’s passing, Karl and I worked many years in the steel business together as well as playing baseball on two different teams,We considered Karl a close and valued friend and send our deepest condolences to the family,

Karl worked for me during Dominion Bridge days – and, we shared the same birth date – I did drop in to see Karl in Shelburne a few years back. Had many good times but a long way back. My condolences to the family.
