Condolence from Nadine (and Robert) Peel on February 25th, 2019 9:03 pm

I was very shocked and sadden to hear that our wonderful Principal and friend passed away last week. Had I known earlier, Elinor, I would have been with you for the funeral. I enjoyed working with Bill at Drayton Junior as his secretary, his kindness and humour toward the children and the staff was extraordinary, and we missed him terribly when he retired. I would have loved for him to see the tree that he gave me when he left, it is magnificent and is a constant reminder of our time together at DJ. God bless you all, I can only imagine the hole he has left in your hearts. Huge hugs to you all.
