Rest in peace, Bill. My condolences to Michelle, Mason and Emmett. My thoughts are with you all during this difficult journey. Nicole
Michelle, Mason, Emmett, Ken, Dianne and family. An entire family is devastated and heartbroken by the loss of Bill. From the time he was little into his adult life, Bills exuberant zest for life was contagious. I will deeply miss our phone calls, text messages and jokes and seeing him when at his parents. May he truly rest in peace. Gone but never forgotten to all who had the honour to know and love him. Aunt Deb and Uncle Barry.
There aren’t words that can describe how much Bill has meant to so many and that was evident on the evening of his passing. To be surrounded and comforted by loved ones was something he had expressed and it was an honour to fulfill by all there.
Throughout Bill’s life he overcame so many trials and tribulations. His sheer will to survive, inner strength to face difficulties while always remaining kind, compassionate, and caring for others was truly something admirable. Even in the face of death Bill chose and made decisions that was right for him and his family.
Forever love your little big sister
My deepest condolences go out to the family of Bill. He was his parents greatest miracle. He was a wonderful father and a loving husband. The void in their lives is deep. He is with his maker and now watching over all his loved ones. Rest in peace Bill. Your compassion and strength will carry on in your two wonderful sons.
Oh no… our heartfelt condolences go out to Michelle, Emmett and Mason, Bill was a wonderful guy . We had such fun as Neighbor’s in Orangeville. Big hugs from Tom and Kristie Sudak.

Michelle, Mason, and Emmett,
I was so saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I always enjoyed our chats while I watched Mason all those years ago. It was clear to me how deeply Bill loved being both a husband and a father. I hope that in time, all of you find peace in the beautiful memories you created together.
With heartfelt sympathy,
I enjoyed Bill both as a cousin and as a person. I’d always admired his great zest for living and contagious, fun attitude. Reflecting on him since learning of his passing has been bittersweet and moreover, I am heartbroken for Dianne and Ken as well for Michelle, Mason, Emmett and truly for all of us in the McKay family who are feeling this loss.
With gratitude and love.

To Bill’s Family
You are all in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. May your beautiful memories give you comfort. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Bill’s life and how painful his passing is. He grew from a special baby into a special boy and then into a very special man who will be missed by many. We remember too, about going to visit Bill when he was a toddler, after one of his heart surgeries. It was the day after and we expected to see him weak, resting, maybe sleeping in bed, and feeling sad and wondering how we would comfort him, but there he was jumping around and bouncing on the couch in the visitors room, with a big smile and radiating a happiness that brought us comfort. Throughout his life, he maintained that smile and cheery disposition, bringing joy to others. I believe that it was the love of those around him that sustained him throughout his life.
Heartfelt love
John and Letty
Our deepest condolences to Ken and Dianne and all the family.
May all your wonderful memories help you through this most difficult time.

My Uncle Bill is a Great man. I will never forget the first time I stayed at Bill and Michelle’s house.
Playing PS2 on rented video games and just having a great time.
Although his life was stark with trials and health scares, you would never have known.
He would want us all to celebrate his life, and carry on with the same joy, the same energy and kindness he embodied.

Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Dear Michelle,
Our hearts are completely broken for you, Mason, and Emmet. The love, strength, and unwavering devotion you showed Bill — especially through his illnesses and every setback — were truly extraordinary. You carried him through some of the hardest moments of his life, brought him back to health more than once, and held your family together with a grace and loyalty that inspired everyone around you.
We cannot begin to imagine the depth of your grief now. To have given so much love and steadfast care, only to face such a profound loss, is a pain no one should ever have to bear.
Please know that you are constantly in our thoughts and prayers. We are wishing you comfort, gentleness, and strength in the days ahead. Bill’s memory will forever live in the love you poured into him and the beautiful family you built together.
Michelle,
Our condolences.
Please know our hearts are with you, Mason, and Emmet. The care and devotion you gave Bill — especially during his most fragile moments — spoke to a love both deep and enduring. You were his strength when he weakened, his calm when life grew heavy, and the quiet force that held your family steady.
We hope that in the midst of this grief, the echoes of that love bring you solace, and that the kindness of others helps carry you forward with gentleness and strength.
Michelle,
Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of your husband. During this difficult time, I hope you find comfort in the support of those around you.
Thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.
I’ll always remember Bill as one of the nicest coworkers I’ve ever had. He comes to mind as friendly, happy, funny, helpful, content and overall just a GREAT person to have known. Some voids can never be filled, but as long as memories bring a smile to my face, I’ll settle for that. Sincere condolences to all he left behind.
Our sincerest condolences for your family’s loss. I remember Bill through Linda’s stories from when she worked at the flower store. Kevin remembers him with the truck like his dad’s. It was iconic . We knew it was him driving by.
Our thoughts are with you.
My deepest condolences to all of Billy’s family and friends. Unfortunately I did not get to spend time with him in quite some time but he always had a place in my heart. We met over four decades ago at the hospital for sick children and he was a godsend to me . His fighting spirit and general happiness was a great comfort to me in such a difficult circumstance.
Rest in peace
My friend you will always be remembered
Michelle – Sincere condolences to you and your family.

Dear Mr & Mrs McKay, my heart hurts for you. Although it has been ages since we saw one another, it does not take much to recall how fiercely loving you were, especially in how much space you gave Bill to explore the world & spread his warmth – we all know he was brave – you were brave too. Sending you & his family lots of love, Kathleen
