Passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 aged 92. She will forever remain in our thoughts and prayers, remembering her smile and her bright blue eyes will console her family and friends at this time. Mina was born in Stanley, England on July 15, 1924, immigrating to Canada in 1974. Mina was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 50 years Tom and her sister Mary. She was a loving mother to Lynn, Elaine (Derek), Ian (Christine), Kay (Andrew), Alan and (Nancy). Proud grandmother of Kirsten, Tony (Wendy), Debbie, Simon, Oliver, Amy, Stephen, Hannah (James), Megan (Steve), Emma, Christopher, Thomas and Joseph. Cherished great-grandmother of Lauren, Ava, Keira, Milo, Laiken and Zach. Aunt to Kathrine (Jenny, Lisa, Noah). Fondly remembered by many other friends and family who have loved and been loved by Mina.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in the chapel of the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Saturday morning, September 24 at 11 o’clock.
Her family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Simcoe Manor, Beeton for the care she received as she succumbed to Alzheimer’s Disease. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of your choice.

My sincere condolences are sent to her Family. She had a long and very happy life surrounded by her family which is the way it should be.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. It was easy to see that you all were greatly loved by her, and that you all loved her so much in return. We enjoyed meeting Mina and getting to know her a little bit ourselves. She was a treasure! Rest in peace Mina!

Alan, Nancy, Megan, Steve, Emma and Christopher – we are holding you close in our thoughts. Sending love and hope for peace and healing in time. We didn’t know Mina well but we always felt the deep love you had for her. She has left a beautiful legacy in the Wooldridge family and we can feel her loveliness in all of you. Mina was obviously a treasure to behold, judging by the Wooldridge warmth, kindness and personality at Megan’s and Steve’s wedding. We are so sorry for your loss. Although we only met her a few times, we always remember those twinkling eyes and warm personality. She was a wonderful woman. Special hugs to Lynn, Kirsten, Lauren and Ava. May your Mother/Grandmother/Great-Grandmother be at peace.

So sorry for your loss. Mina was such a lovely lady and always made us feel welcome when we joined you at some of your family events. Had some lovely conversations with her over the years. Rest in Peace Mina.
