Passed away peacefully on May 26th, 2012 at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville, Ontario. Verna Stewart, in her 91st year, beloved wife of the late David A. Stewart of Miramichi, New Brunswick. Loving mother to Patricia and the late Donald Burleigh. Cherished grandmother of Christine Burkimsher (Ken) and David Burleigh (Cara). Forever loved by her great-grandchildren: Ceilidh, Abbigael, Alexander, Andrew, Lucas, and Zachary. Verna is predeceased by her siblings Katherine, Harold, Elmer, and Mary (Grattan). She will also be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends. Cremation is to take place, followed by a memorial service to be held in Miramichi, New Brunswick at a later date.
