It is with great sorrow the family of Velma Mae Chamberlain, Oakville, formerly of Nobleton, announce her passing at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 5, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Chamberlain. Loving mother of Grant and Jenny, Sandra Sklar, Keith, and predeceased by Paul. Cherished grandmother of Kevin Chamberlain, Rachelle and Kaitlin Sklar. Proud great-grandmother of April Ridley, and Scarlett Sklar. Dear sister of the late Muriel McClure.
Private family funeral service will be held at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen St. S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) with private interment in Nobleton Community Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.

We remember Velma fondly & enjoyed spending time with her at family events over the years. One memory in particular was the fun we had at Velma & Joe’s 40th Anniversary. They & their square-dancing friends put on a great show!
