Peacefully at Bay Haven Care Community, Collingwood, on Monday, August 23, 2021, Velma Walker, at the age of 98 years, formerly of Tecumseth Pines, Tottenham, beloved wife of the late Jim Walker and the late Frank Belcher. Loving mother of Paul and his wife Chris Belcher, Alan and his wife Grace Belcher, Bruce and his wife Chrys Belcher, Marilyn and her husband Mike Smith. Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Alistair, Noah, Kirsten, Nathan, Adam, and Daniel. Fondly remembered by 14 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside service was held at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.

Our sincere condolence to the family of dear Velma. Our parents, Wally & Hazel Moffatt & family all knew Velna & Frank vey well. She was a lovely Lady when we were growing up in Bolton & also a great couple. She certainly had a wonderful & long life & you must be grateful for that.

Our memories of Velma go back many years when they lived on the farm down the road
from our farm and she still did some hair cutting. She also cut our five sons hair for several years

Our sincere condolences to you all. Our families have many great memories of growing up together in the Nashville area. Fortunately Mom and Dad reunited with Velma when they lived in Tecumseth Pines. I also had the pleasure of reuniting, and doing odd jobs for Velma and Jim in the Pines. May you find peace in all the wonderful memories.
