I had the honor of knowing Uli for many years in my hobby of raising rabbits and cavies…..He sold me my first French Lops and had me hooked on them for life….Always there to give me friendly, helpful advice and obviously had a true love of the animal…
He was a kind and gentleman and always a gentleman…..He will be sorely missed but us all in the hobby as I am sure there will be a huge void in your lifes as well….May he rest in peace and may you find comfort in that he was called up to heaven for a higher purpose….

Condolence from Ruby Thomas on October 27th, 2010 5:03 pm

It is with a sad heart that we offer our condolences. Uli touched many people with his enjoyment of life, his stubbornness and his big heart. It was too soon for him to leave us. He will be missed.

Allison & Frances,

I wish to offer my condolences on the loss of your father.

May precious memories help you through this very difficult time..

My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Condolence from Vicky Day on November 18th, 2010 12:32 am

I met Uli through his judging of rabbit shows. His great sense of humor in my inconsistency of entering the correct class enabled me to learn and appreciate the skill of breeding and exhibiting rabbits. His generosity enabled newcomers like myself to purchase the fine products of his decades of work and experience to improve our own lines. He will be greatly missed for his kindness, knowledge, sense of humor and generous sharing of his expertise and rabbits. My condolences to his friends and family.

Condolence from Larry and Kathy Snider on March 14th, 2011 1:29 am

This is being sent with belated sympathy to Allison and Frances. It has been many years since we have seen you.
We were unaware of Uli’s passing and we found out by searching his name . He has often come to mind and we always felt him to be a very dear and special man and friend. We know he is with the Lord Jesus…. the one he loved.
Allison and Frances, again our deepest sympathy and also please pass on to your mother that I (Kathy) think of her often.
