After a fall at the age of 94, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, Ugo Luigi Chiandet, beloved husband of the late Dea Chiandet (September 2017). Loving father of AnnaMaria and Claudio. Cherished Nonno/Grampy of Cori, Kristine, Aisha, Tessa and Jenna. Great-Grandfather of Hayden and Emma.
Ugo was a dedicated family man who immigrated to Canada for a better life for them. His perseverance, determination and good fortune ensured his survival in WWII and allowed him to succeed as a residential builder in a new land.
Private service and entombment was held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge.
Arrangements by Egan Funeral Home, Bolton.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Red Cross Society.
