At Brampton Civic Hospital on Friday, July 2, 2010, Thelma May Bloom, in her 80th year, beloved wife of the late Alan Parker Jones, Bolton (Wildfield). Dear mother of Lynn and George (deceased) Stables, Scarborough; Michael and Elaina Jones, Wildfield. Loving grandmother of Tonya Lawrence, Keith Jones, Ginette Wieland, Whitney Jones, Aysha Jones and Hesper Jones. Fondly remembered by four great grandchildren, Megan and Mason Lawrence, Alexander and Allison Wieland. Will be missed by her best friend and companion, her dog Gidget. Dear sister of Lesley Bloom.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Monday evening 7 – 9 o’clock.
Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday morning, July 6 at 11 o’clock. Followed by cremation.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Caledon Animal Shelter, 12889 Coleraine Drive, Bolton L7E 3B5.

Just a message of great sorrow to all of you on the passing of Thelma. She certainly had a passion for all aspects of life. Her pretty gardening every summer,great love for animals and her creative arts and crafts. Our visits with her in our home were fun and her sense of humor about life was exceptional . A fond farewell to you Thelma Jones may you now rest in peace which is well deserved.
