I have known Terry since our days at CN about 30 years ago. I enjoyed his humour and his friendship. I later worked with him at TransX until bought his own truck and worked for Midland Transport. Terry was a stand-up guy and a great co-worker and friend. He will be greatly missed.

Condolence from Nora,Joe,Chelsea,Britni Preet on April 20th, 2012 12:57 pm

I feel a warmth around me,

like your presence is so near.

And I close my eyes to visualize,

your face when you were here.

I endure the times we spent together,

and they’re locked inside my heart.

For as long as I have those memories,

we will never be apart.

Even though we cannot speak no more,

my voice is always there.

Because every night before I sleep,

I have you in my prayer.

A thousand times we needed you,

A thousand times we cried.

If love alone could have saved you,

you never would have died.

A heart of gold stopped beating,

two twinkling eyes closed to rest.

God broke our hearts to prove,

he only takes the best.

I miss you more then I can express

My love for you will never grow less

I keep trying to imagine how I will go on

I realize tomorrow is another dawn

I know you’re in heaven above

Looking down on us with all your love

Only to whisper in our ear

Remember that I’ll never stop loving you dear

I’ll always remember the good times we had

I’ll remember you each and every day

And if I need to talk to you, I’ll just sit down and pray

One day we’ll be together again

To talk about all the places we been

Until the time I’ll always treasure

Having you for an uncle was such a great pleasure
