Passed away peacefully, on Sunday, June 28, 2009, in Calgary, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Sonia will be remembered for her strength and generosity of spirit.  Her kindness and sense of humour made her a true and loyal friend.  Sonia is lovingly remembered by her son Daniel, daughter and son-in-law Dawn Lane-Stiles and David Stiles and grandchildren Connor and Carson.  Her grandchildren miss her dearly.  At Sonia’s request, her family will be bringing her cremated remains from Calgary back home to Ontario to be beside her loving husband William Lane.  The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S.
