Sharon walked this world with the kind of lightness of spirit and kindness of heart that inspires others to live their lives more bravely and fully, with compassion and laughter and caring. And that was before this last long, hard year in which she showed all of us her true strength and courage. She lives still in the hearts and memories of all of us who were blessed to know her.

Over the past year, it has been easy to see that Sharon’s amazing character had its foundations in her wonderful family.
