My dear Brenda, Tiffany and Darrell, So very sorry about your loss. Ross was a kind and gentle man. I loved to speak with him about his latest home improvement projects David loved to golf with Ross. We are all very lucky to have gotten to know him. He will be missed.

Am so sorry for your incredible loss. What a shock to your family.

I worked with Ross at Air Canada’s CNC office. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, calm, generous and a true gentleman.

He taught so much about what was needed to complete a day at work but he also taught about the importance of family and work balance. He spoke of you all everyday, and always was so happy and proud while sharing stories of you.

His Air Canada family will miss him .

I worked with Ross when I was a cargo planner with AC and he was in CNC.
There were a few people who could have picked up the phone but when it
was Ross on the other end, regardless of how bad the situation, you knew it was going to be
alright. With his blend of experience and easy going nature you learned a
lot from him. I hadn’t spoken to Ross in sometime but the sad news of his
passing brought back a flood of memories, none more striking than the
calming quality of his voice. It was always a relief and a pleasure to hear that voice,
Just a wonderful guy gone too soon.
