At South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge, on Monday, July 5, 2010, Bob Matson, Bracebridge, formerly of Bolton, in his 62nd year, beloved husband of Susan Glen. Dear father of Cheryl and Jim Dougall, Russell Matson, Cathy Poles and Ronald Matson. Dear stepfather of Christine, Paul Morassuitti, Heather and Matt Hanes. Loving Papa of Cody and Logan; Megan and Cole, Raine and Devon, Erik and Jorja. Dear brother of Murray and Denise, John and Maryanne, Lois, Brenda and Mike, Sharon and Alex, and Linda. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Saturday evening 7 – 9, Sunday afternoon 2 – 4 and evening 7 – 9 o’clock. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, July 12 at 2 o’clock. Interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Our deepest sympathy to you & the family. We are saddend to lose Bob so early when he had so much in life left to do in his retirement years. He will be missed dearly by everyone. What a wonderful man he was.

So many years have gone by since I have seen you or any of your family members.

My thoughts go out to all of you that have to go through this very sad time. Bob was loved by many and will be missed very much. I have many great memories of shared times with Bob and family . You will always have your love and memories and that is what will get you through this. How lucky we all were to have such a man in our lives, he had a way of making everyone feel special.
