The family of Richard Gelley is sad to announce his passing at his home on Monday, December 30, 2019. Cherished father of Victoria Gelley (Tessa Jones). Predeceased by his loving parents Ed and Ruth Gelley. Dear brother of Barbara (Keith Hendy), David (Corinne LaBossiere), and Patrick (Peggy-Sue Caldwell). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held in St. John’s Cemetery, Caledon East on Saturday morning, January 4 at 11 o’clock.

Richard had enormous love for his family. He valued his friendships and strived to strengthen them, always offering a caring thought. Richard being a generous heart and always opened and always ready to receive, he fought life’s heartache and despair so forgivingly. Richard’s smile and laugh will be unforgettable! His talent for drawing in pencil and charcoal always amazed me.
