It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Renata Bifolchi at her home on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at the age of 85 years, beloved wife for over 60 years of the late Gino Bifolchi (2013). Cherished mom of Teresa and Jim Casey, Rita and Dave Cantelon, Julio Bifolchi (deceased), Vince and Jo-Anne Bifolchi, Sylvia (deceased). Nonna will be missed by her grandchildren Matthew and Monica, Melissa, Scott and Katrina, Jeff, Nadia and Mark, Lucas, Jessica, Riley, Rachel and great grandchildren Lilly, Connor and Austin. Dear sister of Silvana (deceased) and Pasquale Cicinelli, Mary Tersigni and Bob Halpin. Dear sister-in-law of Orazio and Linda Bifolchi, and Maria Bifolchi.
The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy. 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) on Friday from 1 – 4 and 6 – 8 o’clock. The family requests physical and social distancing during visitation and the funeral.
Funeral Mass will be held in Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 60 Allan Drive, Bolton, on Saturday morning, August 27 at 11 o’clock.
Interment Morningside Cemetery, Palgrave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada, Caledon Community Services or the Caledon Seniors Centre.

Mama Bifolchi, as we called her, was a gregarious and delightful lady who always treated us like family. I can only imagine the menu and the quality of the meals in heaven will be improved significantly.

I cannot think of Renata without seeing her smile. She was such a special lady. Memories of our “dinner and a movie” nights comes to mind. On the outside we were just a group of senior women out for an evening but oh my, together we could laugh and tell stories like we were still 16. Renata really enjoyed those evenings.
